The 3^rd International Conference on Applied Automation and Industrial Diagnostics, ICAAID 2019,

All submitted papers to ICAAID2019 should be prepared in English according to IEEE format using IEEE Conference Paper Template. All manuscripts are limited to six (6) pages and have not been published, submitted or accepted for publication elsewhere. Submission of abstract only is not accepted. Submission of the papers following the poster template is not accepted.

Authors are invited to submit a full paper not more than 6 pages to ICAAID2019 as  PDF file through the Microsoft CMT system (link below):

All manuscripts will be reviewed blindly by three members of the international program committee and judged on the basis of their clarity, relevance, originality, and contribution. Please read the author’s instructions carefully before preparing and sending your papers.

A submission SHOULD NOT contain the information of the auhtors and their affiliation or any other kind of information about the auhtors and their affiliations. A separate page will be uploaded with the submitted paper containing the title, the names of authors and their affiliations, the abstract and the keywords (this page is not included in the expected six pages)

Authors should submit their papers online. We use Microsoft CMT system for submission of papers and review process. Unregistered authors should first create an account on Microsoft CMT to log on. To avoid last minutes network problems, authors are strongly encouraged to create their Microsoft CMT submission system user accounts (if you don’t already have one) and register their submission (the paper’s author(s), title and paper) well in advance of the deadline.

The ICAAID2019 organizers regard plagiarism as a serious professional misconduct. All submissions will be screened for plagiarism and when identified, the submissions by the same author will be rejected. A submission implies that the author intends to ultimately register the paper upon a favorable response from the conference organizers.  ICAAID2019 doesn’t encourage withdrawals after the paper is accepted.

To be published in the ICAAID2019 Conference Proceedings which will be published and indexed later in IEEE Xplorer, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference following the requirements of the registration announced in the website of the conference. All accepted papers MUST be presented at the conference by one of the authors, or, if none of the authors are able to attend, it can be presented by a qualified substitute authorized presenter and arranged in advance by the chair of the conference, however for presenting the paper and answering the questions, this should be arranged in advance during the event with the chair of the session.

For the camera ready of the final version, the accepted paper will be prepared through the IEEE PDF eXpress and a copyright form must be sent. An author's guide will be prepared for the authors of the accepted papers.
